What we collect: name, phone number, email address, physical address and location details you provide when checking coverage, requesting a quote, signing up for a service or contacting us; account, billing and M-Pesa transaction details needed to provide and bill our services; technical data such as IP address, device and usage information needed to operate the network.
Why we use it: to assess coverage and install services, to provide and support the services you subscribe to, to invoice you and process M-Pesa payments, to respond to enquiries, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and, with your consent, to send service updates.
Sharing: we share data only with service providers who help us deliver our services (for example payment processors such as Safaricom M-Pesa and email providers), and where required by law or regulators such as the Communications Authority of Kenya.
Retention: we keep personal data for as long as you are a customer and thereafter as required by law.
Your rights: you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing info@hormud.co.ke.
Security: we use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls.
